If you receive an incorrect item or encounter a quality issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include supporting photos and videos with your complaint.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following:
A refund for the product,
A replacement, or
An alternative gift of equal value.
All resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations on the day of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Any approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
A 5% transaction fee may be deducted from the total refund amount for approved cancellations.
