Refund Policy

Overview

  • If you receive an incorrect item or encounter a quality issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include supporting photos and videos with your complaint.
  • Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following:
  • A refund for the product,
  • A replacement, or
  • An alternative gift of equal value.

    All resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • To cancel an order, please
    contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
  • Cancellations on the day of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
  • A 5% transaction fee may be deducted from the total refund amount for approved cancellations.
