Orders must be placed at least 120 minutes before your chosen time slot. Cutoff time may vary during busy periods.
2. Delivery Timing & Conditions
We always try to deliver your flowers as early as possible within your selected time slot.
In rare cases (like traffic or remote locations), delays may happen, which are beyond our control.
Once your order is prepared and out for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Flowers are perishable, so we attempt delivery only once.
3. Flower Arrangement & Substitutions
Product photos are for reference only. While we try to match the design, slight differences in color or flower types may occur.
Sometimes, due to seasonal or stock issues, we may replace certain flowers—but the overall look and value will stay the same.
Flowers may arrive fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or in bud stage, depending on availability.
4. Delivery Instructions
Please provide the complete delivery address and recipient’s contact number. This helps ensure timely delivery—without spoiling the surprise.
If you choose "Contact Recipient for Address," delivery time might change based on how quickly we receive the correct details.
If you order a vase with a bouquet, we usually deliver the vase and flowers separately to prevent damage—unless you request flowers to be delivered inside the vase.
5. Special Delivery Locations
Office Delivery: If the recipient is busy, we may leave the flowers at reception.
Apartment/Villa: If no one is home, we may leave the gift at the doorstep or with the building reception. We ensure there is enough water to keep flowers fresh.
Hotel Delivery: Please provide the room number, booking reference, or name on the booking. This helps us work with the hotel concierge for a smooth delivery.
Emirates Staff Housing & Hospitals: Since reception/security can’t accept items, we may call the recipient first to confirm availability.
